These are a loop of fabric which is folded in half and worn across one shoulder. The baby sits inside the fold. Pouches are easy to put on and take off quickly. Lifft slings must be fitted to the wearer (i.e each person needs to wear the correct sling for their size) and Hotslings AP adjustable pouches will fit a range of sizes.
